PUBLIC PROGRAMS: MANAGING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT

“Great teams have trust at the heart of their success. If you don’t trust each other, you’ll play safe. Trust makes it possible to aim higher. To leap further and to know someone has your back if you fall.” – Adam Grant

In today’s diverse and dynamic workplaces, workplace harassment is constantly overlooked or dismissed as common behaviour. However, these actions have a lasting impact on individuals, harming their confidence, self-esteem, and motivation in the workplace. Organizations should address harassment issues to ensure the well-being of their employees.

In this LEAD Xcelerator Program, Managing Workplace Harassment, you will identify the signs and consequences of workplace harassment and the damaging impact it has on the organization. You will also review how to manage workplace harassment effectively while maintaining the dignity of those involved. We will go one step further in this program and discuss the underlying causes that enable workplace harassment and how to address these issues through preventative strategies such as training, exposure and creating a workplace that is grounded in respect.

Through experiential learning, you will develop the confidence to navigate these delicate situations. Ultimately, this learning journey will empower you to create a safe workspace where all team members can thrive and perform to the best of their abilities.
