Jo is an executive coach who is passionate lifelong learning and development. Jo strongly believes that successful business conducted with continuous corporate and self development is much more rewarding and sustainable. In her coaching practice, Jo’s approach is to support her clients to discover new perspectives and transformation that will help them achieve their goals and potential.

Armed with over 30 years of international corporate and business experience, Josephine brings real world experience from culturally diverse and complex environments to her clients, with deep connection and empathy while focussing on their strengths and courage in order to bring out the best in them.

Jo has built businesses from scratch, as well as strategised and spearheaded global expansion of corporations. Her values and personality have served her well across industries from Media & Advertising, through to Technology and Publishing. She has extensive experience living and working in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Chile. These experiences let her empathise and connect with her coachees on deeper levels.

Now, Jo spends most of her time in Singapore and indulges in her passions including reading, urban farming, weaving while contributing to the community through her social work. She also devotes a portion of her time deepening her coaching skills through continuous development and pro-bono work.
