In this LEAD Xcelerator Program, Leader As A Coach, you will be equipped with the coaching competencies and coaching processes that you may use to guide your direct reports to success. You will learn how important listening and questioning is in your interaction with your team. You will also learn the power of trust, empathy, accountability, appreciative inquiry and giving feedback. We will introduce to you the coaching process and how to incorporate them into your conversations with your direct reports to inspire them, to set goals and take action.
